Dear Keith, Having just returned from holiday during which time our sale proceeded to contract stage, I just wanted to thank you most sincerely for all the work that you and your staff at Scott Beckett did in order to successfully complete the sale.

What seemed like a quick and easy sale was obviously not quite like that. However, I felt confident throughout that you were doing your best to keep things moving along and were keeping me well informed.
