- Take a number of pictures from various different angles:
- with doors closed
- doors open
- front aspect
- rear aspect
- internal specifications
- views and outlook
- Prepare a set of property particulars as we would with a house showing pictures taken
- giving a brief description
- directions
- details of rental of plot
- asking price etc
- Place a laminated set of the property particulars on the hut which is For Sale
- Advertise the beach hut in the same way as a house or bungalow
- in our window displays
- on Rightmove
- on Zoopla
- in the Spotlight Magazine
- mailing to registered applicants
- Accompany any applicants who wish to view to the beach hut
- Forward any offers received to you the vendor for your consideration at the earliest convenience
Once an offer is accepted by you we then:
Obtain from the council and fill in on your behalf a transfer form giving particulars of you the vendor and also of the purchaser. This form confirms the desire of the vendor to sell the hut in question and also the purchaser’s desire to buy it. Forward the form to you for signature which you then return to us with which we then arrange to meet the purchaser to sign the form and pay for the purchase by cheque, bankers draft or bank transfer. If by cheque or bankers draft this is forwarded to you first class in that evenings post. If the purchase price is paid by “Cleared Funds” at this stage we hand over the keys to the new owner. If it is paid by personal cheque we wait for funds to be given the opportunity to clear before handing the keys over. The completed transfer form is then hand delivered to the council offices for their records to be amended therefore registering the change of ownership and the transaction being deemed as complete.
